Program Phases

The program consists of four phases of case management. There is a gradual decrease in the level of treatment services and supervision as the participant progresses in recovery. The participant must complete all the requirements of a phase of treatment before being eligible to progress to the next phase or graduation. The minimum time needed to complete the program is 540 days.

Phase 1 Requirements

Phase 1 is a 16-week period that provides the participant with the structure needed to begin building a solid foundation of success. The requirements are:

  • Keep ALL scheduled appointments; 
  • Submit to drug/alcohol testing a minimum of twice per week;
  • Attend treatment as outlined in the individual plan;
  • Attend weekly meeting with the case manager as outlined in the individual plan; 
  • Comply with probation requirements; 
  • Appear in Court as scheduled;
  • Achieve thirty (30) days consecutive clean time before moving into the next phase.

Phase 2 Requirements

Phase 2 requirements (16 weeks) are:

  • Keep ALL scheduled appointments; 
  • Submit to drug/alcohol testing a minimum once per week;
  • Use best efforts to maintain/obtain stable, sober housing;
  • Maintain/obtain or actively seek employment and/or school;
  • Attend meetings with case manager as scheduled;
  • Comply with probation requirements; 
  • Appear in Court as scheduled;
  • Achieve sixty (60) days consecutive clean time before moving into the next phase.

Phase 3 Requirements

Phase 3 requirements (20 weeks) are:

  • Keep ALL scheduled appointments; 
  • Submit to random drug/alcohol testing;
  • Use best efforts to maintain/obtain stable, sober housing;
  • Progress toward completion of case management plan;
  • Comply with probation requirements; 
  • Appear in Court as scheduled;
  • Pay applicable fines and fees according to ability to pay;
  • Achieve 120 days consecutive clean time before moving into the next phase.

Phase 4 Requirements

Phase 4 requirements (20 weeks) are:

  • Keep ALL scheduled appointments; 
  • Submit to random drug/alcohol testing; 
  • Use best efforts to maintain/obtain stable, sober housing;
  • Maintain employment and/or school; 
  • Comply with probation requirements; 
  • Appear in Court as scheduled;
  • Complete all aftercare requirements;
  • Pay applicable fines and fees;
  • Achieve 180 days consecutive clean time before graduation.
